Membership

The Lehigh Valley Kennel Club is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to aid in the betterment and advancement of purebred dogs. The membership is comprised of dog owners, breeders and individuals interested in the welfare of purebred dogs and activities in the world of dogs. Members have many interests - field, bench, obedience - and simply the love dogs.

If you are interested in learning more about the LVKC, you are invited to attend our meetings as our guest. Potential new members must attend three meetings, then an in-home visit is conducted to review the membership application and LVKC code of ethics. At the following meeting, they can be read for the first time. All applicants are read three times, then are voted on by the general membership.

Please contact our membership chairperson Fran Jarvis for more information.

LVKC members know how to have fun!
Here are a few pictures from the club's latest holiday party, celebrating the Holidays in Hawaii.

Life Members and New Members come together, sharing the joys of friendship.
Members who play together stay together.
Gift exchange, dinner, music and games were played to compete for 'Placement Prizes'. This made for an exciting and fun event for all.
